[鑄鐵鍋系列]  
使用時，先清洗再低溫加熱，表面無水後再塗一層烹調油，繼續低溫加熱至油乾為止。（此目的是把琺瑯層毛細孔用油填滿，表面形成不沾功能）使用後不要用清潔劑清洗或是清潔刷具，避免刮傷琺瑯表面。直接用水與乾布擦拭即可。由於每次使用都有少許油脂液注入琺瑯層毛細孔內，因此可常保不沾功能，火力使用中小火即可，是最古老也是最流行之健康烹調方式。
